The PNI Empowerment Trust in Harare has a board of 12 Trustees. "Our organisation focuses on personal empowerment and psycho-neuro-immunology. Members of the "Tariro" drama group, outside of the Trust training room. "Tariro" is an educational comedy drama presented in the local Shona language. Informative and with a powerful message, the play centres around Mr and Mrs Banda both of whom become HIV positive. They attend an HIV/AIDS workshop where the whole group learns the power of positive living, how to get in touch with one's emotions, open-ness to talk about their disease and right nutrition. The expereince is for the Bandas and other members who attend the workshop a life transforming experience. In contrast to most dramas on HIV/AIDS, "Tariro" brings a message of joy and hope, and is repeatedly well received by eager audiences.
