COMPASSION RESPONSE NETWORK CIRCULAR NO 1

I have decided to write and distribute a weekly Compassion Response Network Circular. This first circular is being sent to a select group of about 20 who have expressed interest in the Compassion Response Project before 25/October, and a further 20 who have sent a positive response to the 25/October flyer.

The second circular (due out 8^th/November) and subsequent circulars will be sent only to those who write to me, by email or post, requesting to be placed on the circular distribution list. Weekly circulars will be distributed by email and free by post, and placed in the New Developments/Weekly Circulars section to my healing site.

This circular will not replace the proposed 3-monthly Compassion Response Network Newsletter which will be edited and written by the Inner Planning Group, and will be distributed both by email and free by post, and will reflect group decisions and agreed articles.

The weekly circular will reflect my liaising role, of gathering responses from people, replying sensitively to them and sharing these responses. In this circular I am not concerned to make decisions or policy; these things must be developed by the group.

I will have a role of receiving email and postal correspondence, and replying in a manner which seeks to maximise opportunities for those corresponding to participate creatively in the group work, each according to his/her own area of interest or skills.

I will share the incoming contributions with the members of the Inner Planning Group, and the general network through these weekly circulars, but I will not be making decisions on finances or group projects; these must be agreed and decided through the Inner Planning Group.

On 25/October/2001, the vision for the Compassion Response Network, and invitation to join it, were disseminated globally by Email to about 140 contacts, many of whom represented networks in their own right. Over the next few days the flyer was distributed to about 140 postal contacts. There were in the first week about 20 very positive Email responses, which will be discussed shortly.

I received a list of over 200 South African email contacts to whom I sent a flyer and two articles on the future challenge of responding to the AIDS pandemic in South Africa. As yet no replies have been received from South Africa.

There is now a facility to download a zip file of the entire healing site through a single click on the Main Index page. You can unzip the file with WinZip which can be ordered through Tucows. The unzipped healing folder fits onto a single floppy disc.

While downloading the healing site, some might be interested in downloading also my book "Civil Representation in Australian Government" which is also now available through a zip file download facility. This book presents a vision for the practical manifestation of new political/economic structures. The website for the book can be accessed from the healing site by first linking to my home site.

Nanan Kofi Drobo of Ghana died under highly suspicious circumstances. Dr Hulda Clark has been prosecuted. Dr Sam Chachoua has survived attacks including attempted murder. Dr Gary Glum's book Full Disclosure exposing the story of AIDS, was published in 1994, but it has been obstructed from bookshop distribution by the US government ever since. When in July 2001 he published his two books on Internet, the website was closed soon after. How can these things happen?

Those who have studied the evidence will know that the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration) vigorously opposes alternative and effective treatments of cancer and AIDS, and in particular electro-therapy. They have much power of persuasion through government and institutional bodies, both in America and throughout the affluent world. This includes liaison with Telecommunications.

In short, if FDA opposes the medical publications on a website anywhere in the affluent world, it will not come as a surprise to see such websites closed down. Is forced closure likely with my healing site? I do not know. But if it happens it will be sudden; it will be on-line one day and closed the next day.

It has been proposed to me that I soften some of my "healing claims" and insert disclaimers. I will not do so. For one thing I make no healing claims. I accurately record results and seek a pathway through open networking for scientific evaluation. I will make no disclaimer against anything that is printed upon my website. We must remain bold on this issue. Truth and justice are at stake.

What can be done? We can only wait and see. But I recommend the downloading of my healing site as soon as possible, because I cannot guarantee my healing site will remain on-line tomorrow.

For four years I have globally disseminated information about electrotherapy and its possible beneficial effect with AIDS patients. Yet on no occasion until this week has an AIDS patient in Australia, USA or anywhere in the affluent world approached me. It is only through our servers in Africa that our technology has been tried with AIDS patients.

Then last week I received an Email from an advanced AIDS patient with liver complications in USA. I have neither spare zappers, spare colloidal silver makers nor spare finances. What can be done to help?

As an emergency, I would like to send an SOS to our American friends whether anyone is able to send him a zapper? If so, please contact me by email.

In the longer term, is anyone interested in participating in a CRN service group in America with a group goal of financing, making with goodwill labour, and providing cheap and quality zappers for people with AIDS? Please contact me and I will link you together.

A man recently offered a substantial donation for the Compassion Response Network, and I refused to immediately accept it. I asked him rather to commit himself to offering the donation for God's work and set it aside in a savings account for the time.

Once an Inner Planning Group has been formed, they will decide how they can accept donations. In the meantime I do not wish to personally receive donations for the Compassion Response Network.

I have a fund with $390Aust still in it which is a residue from East West Network and will cover all my postal and secretarial expenses over the next several months. I personally have no further financial need to cover my costs.

I have firmly decided that all finances for the Compassion Response Network must be handled by the Inner Planning Group. This cannot happen until such a planning group forms and collectively begins to make group decisions. And so we do not know yet how we will choose to accept donations.

Donations will be of course of vital importance. Correct distribution and sharing of finances provides the opportunity for our work to grow. It will be important that we quickly decide as a group how to manage finances and donations. I propose it will be important also to have full auditing and public accountability and in time possibly register as a charity.

I have presented in my healing site a vision for a Compassion Response Network, together with an invitation to participate in the group work. I lay that vision and invitation at the crossroads, but I as an individual will not accept any responsibility that belongs to the group.

I propose that the main purpose of the Compassion Response Network is not to demonstrate a compassion response to AIDS. That is simply its initial practical goal. The essence of the Compassion Response Network is to pioneer a bold and new type of group activity in which subjective and objective fields of service are integrated into one spiritual undertaking. The success of this group work is vital if humanity is ever to succeed in manifesting our beautiful dreams in practice upon Earth.

I will not compromise this central purpose. Were I to accept responsibilities that belong to the group, the higher purpose will in time come to nothing and the fruit of our work will remain mediocre.

So far only one other has offered to join the Inner Planning Group. If no others join, then the group work will not be financed and the initiative will in time whither. It is from the inner work that the outer work ever manifests. Without that activation of the inner work, the outer work will fall into disarray. The invitation remains, placed at the crossroads, for any who come across it to see.

I have received reading material from several sources, advocating the approach to AIDS adopted by South African President Mbecki, which accepts the theories of a medical research team called the Perth Group and based in the Royal Perth Hospital.

As I understand it, central premises of the Perth Group include;

1. The assertion that the HIV virus does not cause AIDS, and AIDS is not infectious,
2. The assertion that there are multiple causes for AIDS particularly poverty and mal-nutrition,
3. The assertion that AZT, an expensive drug used to treat AIDS, is highly toxic and carcinogenic and actually causes AIDS,
4. Promotion of open debate on the nature of and treatment for AIDS.

I personally am opposed to the first assertion. I believe that the HIV virus is highly infectious when passed through body fluids such as with homosexual behaviour, intravenous drug use or contaminated blood supplies. The circumstance of such rapid growth of AIDS in Central Africa in the early eighties, in southern Africa in the nineties and in former Soviet Union countries in the past two years can be explained by no other phenomenon than infection through massive contamination of bodily fluids.

The idea of treatment through right nutrition is interesting. The Perth Group may have something very positive to contribute here, and it would be good to be open to assess their proposed treatment.

I agree with the uselessness and danger of AZT.

I agree with the need for open debate. But let us shift that debate away from whether or not HIV is infectious, and simply take right precautions against cross infection. Let the debate be rather on the symptoms to look for and diagnostic tools on the path to recovery to vibrant health, and methods of comparative scientific/medical assessment of various treatments.

This site is available for use by the Inner Planning Group. There is not much there yet, because the Inner Planning Group has not yet convened. What goes onto it will all be the consequence of group decisions, as distinct from my own site which reflects my personal vision. In time, the importance of the CRN site will grow, whereas the importance of my own healing site will diminish.

We have two recent new contacts from Africa.

Godfrey Wanjihiah works in a computer training centre in Nairobi Kenya. He fellowships with a Presbyterian Church group which is involved with education and counseling for AIDS.

Dr Paul Batiibwe is a medical doctor working in a rural hospital in Uganda. He is very interested in alternative healing approaches, especially electro therapy and essiac.

I am arranging to send a zapper to each of them, but we have no stock of colloidal silver makers and power packs left. Now we are out of zappers as well.

We have had contact from a Philippines goodwill group on Bohol Island. We are in the process of discussing how they would like to become involved.

We have had a number of contacts regarding alternative treatments for AIDS. I will discuss these in the next circular. We gladly invite investigation and comparison of all promising treatments.

I received a reply in Portuguese from Brazil. Is anyone able to translate it?

I received about a dozen congratulatory letters, eight requests for zip files (they are now advised they can download it from the website), I personally know of three so far who have shared the information among their group and four who have shared with their network. A few offered to contribute in various ways.

I wish to thank everyone for their warm response.

The work of the Compassion Response Network will not grow unless we form a strong Inner Planning Group. It will be important for the Inner Planning Group to involve members from both affluent and poorer nations. It will involve a pioneering experiment, unprecedented in human history.
