Dosage
This is sufficient to provide three AIDS patients in Kinshasa each day,
5 mls pure colloidal silver, and
2 mls Oxyrich
This should be enough to provide the patients with daily pure colloidal silver + Oxyrich for about 167 days. The treatment is to continue until the pure colloidal silver is all used up, which may be just before the end of the 6 months. Then the treatment stops.
Method of Administration
The colloidal silver is given early in the morning before eating or drinking so the mouth will be dry and will adsorb the colloid very well. If early in the morning is too difficult to arrange, give some other time of day after the patient has not drunk for several hours. 5mls of pure colloidal silver is placed under the tongue with a glass eye-dropper. The patient holds it there for a minute and then may swallow.
At least five minutes after receiving the colloidal silver, the patient has a glass of water with 2mls of Oxyrich placed in the water and stirred.
Why Sublingual Administration of Pure Colloidal silver?
When a medicinal solution is drunk, it passes directly to the stomach. The stomach, in order to digest food, has a high concentration of highly acidic hydrochloric acid.
Colloidal silver, because of their positive charge, are repelled by the intestinal lining, which therefore does not admit such positively charged particles to be adsorbed into the blood stream. Studies conducted by the American Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), indicate that less than 9% of the silver salts, silver compounds or silver colloid pass from the stomach or intestines into the bloodstream and therefore are able to be utilised for nutrition by the body. This portion, less than 9% of silver salts, silver compounds or silver colloid in the stomach and intestines, bond with negatively charged proteins and other negatively charged elements, and because of their negative charge are able to pass through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream.
This is incidentally in contrast to multi-mineral colloids, as most of these other minerals form negatively charged colloids which can pass through the intestinal wall.
But in the mouth and throat, the Ph balance is definitely alkaline, and under such situations, the positively charged silver colloid is rapidly adsorbed, that is, attracted and assimilated by the negatively charged mineral elements in the blood. The adsorption is greatest when the mouth is driest, that is first thing in the morning before eating or drinking, or later in the day after having abstained from food and drink for several hours.
Caution should be taken, not to immediately swallow the colloidal silver dose, as it may then start to harm the friendly intestinal flora. Swallowing after a minute should cause no problem, as most of the silver content would have been adsorbed by then. If the occasional dose is swallowed accidentally, it will not be of major concern.
Oxyrich, in contrast, is most readily adsorbed into the blood in the stomach. Thus Oxyrich in water is drunk and directly goes to the stomach where it is adsorbed.
The History of Colloidal Silver Production
Much confusion exists between home-made colloidal silver and pure colloidal silver. They are in fact quite different products, with very different healing qualities.
Early in the 1900's, the two main methods for making colloidal silver were through grinding and chemically. Both methods had drawbacks. Grinding would produce particles that were so large that they would soon settle out of suspension. The chemically produced colloids resulted in high acid pH readings, causing other health problems.
Colloidal silver was commonly used in the early 1900's due to its effectiveness in treating bacteria and infections. It was however quite expensive, and so was seldom used after the emergence into popularity of antibiotics.
In 1924, the first electro-colloidal silver was produced. This made the silver particles so small that they stayed in suspension, aided also by the tiny positive charge placed in each particle.
Electro-colloidal silver was produced in very fine and pure quality through the major research universities of the 1950's. The university had access to highly sophisticated machinery, including cyclotrons valued at millions of dollars. It was this pure colloidal silver that was used to provide the amazing test results described by Dr Robert Becker (The Body Electric and Cross Currents) and other university researchers of the 1960's.
These sources of pure colloidal silver were still very expensive. In reaction to it in the 1980's a gadget was designed that would produce "home-made colloidal silver". The gadget was small, and would convert mains power to a direct current voltage of around 24 volts, which was then used with two pure silver electrodes to produce batches of colloidal silver. This technique would use only a small, cheap portable device, and so facilitated the making of colloidal silver in the home. Hence the reference to it as "home-made colloidal silver".
Home-made colloidal silver makers were promoted vigorously in the 1990's for both humanitarian and greedy commercial reasons. They used the exceptional scientific results gained through use of pure colloidal silver, to promote the home-made colloidal silver makers, even though the "home-made" product was clearly inferior. Even though "home-made" if well made it still had an observable effect when treating infectious diseases.
The confusion caused by citing results from pure colloidal silver, to promote home-made colloidal silver makers, was most unfortunate and most people remain unclear about the distinction.
By the end of the 1990's the research of Bill Briggs in Australia led to techniques of mass production of cheap pure colloidal silver. It is cheap to mass produce, but the machinery required, including sophisticated filters and cyclotrons, are so expensive that it would need to be produced in an affluent country.
What Sets Pure Colloidal Silver Apart?
Australian Natural Colloids, which manufactures the product that we are using in our pure colloidal silver + Oxyrich trials, is among the new wave of producers of pure colloidal silver at affordable prices.
Pure colloidal silver needs to be produced in a very sophisticated laboratory. The production details are patented, but we can presume that they would use a highly sophisticated filtering system to produce the absolutely pure water. They would also have expensive machinery such as cyclotrons. The resultant pure colloidal silver is exceptional for three reasons,
It is this last reason that is particularly significant. The particles of "home-made" colloidal silver solutions are much larger, and cannot readily pass through cell membrane tissue. The small size of the "pure" colloidal particle makes it particularly potent in fighting infectious diseases.
Background Research into Pure Colloidal Silver
Litigation for processing rights for pure colloidal silver abounds, and as a consequence there is a scarcity of published research in connection with its healing qualities. For the past decade pure colloidal silver + hydrogen peroxide has provided a burgeoning industry for clean, healthy, non-toxic and effective swimming pool water purification. For a decade also pure colloidal silver + hydrogen peroxide intravenously injected has provided remarkable results for many otherwise serious animal diseases.
Word of mouth anecdotes suggest positive results for health when given to people with various illnesses, but as these results remain unsubstantiated by published records, we must remain cautious. Consequently Compassion Response Network chose to purchase the products and do our own scientific/medical investigation. The purchase price was very competitive; for 2 1/2 litres of pure colloidal silver + 1 litre Oxyrich, the purchase price was AUD$221.60 (about US$136).
Safety of Pure Colloidal Silver
In the absence of published results, we were greatly concerned to demonstrate product safety.
The Australian National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is the Australian national authority for regulating safe metal content in food and drinking water. When the Federal Australian government regulates on safe metal content in food and drinking water, these regulations are published in the Australian Quality Guidelines of the NHMRC (look under Inorganic Elements, legal amounts for silver).
Using world-class scientific data, in 1999 the regulations were amended to record in the Australian Quality Guidelines that the NHMRC recommended 0.1mg silver per litre of drinking water as the upper legal safe limit.
The average daily adult consumption of drinking water is about 2 litres/day. And so the new guidelines approve a daily consumption of silver (in whatever form, silver colloid, silver salt or silver compound) of 0.2mg silver per day.
What does .2mg human bodily intake daily mean?
1 ppm of silver = 1 gram silver in 1,000,000 grams of water,
or 1,000 litres of water.
10 ppm of silver = 1 gram silver in 100 litres of water, or 100,000 mls of
water.
= 1 mg silver in 100mls of pure colloidal silver solution
= .2 mg silver in 20 mls pure colloidal silver solution.
That is, it would be illegal under NHMRC guidelines to recommend a sublingual human dosage of over 20 mls per day of pure colloidal silver at concentration 10 ppm total silver.
Our recommended dose for our trials is just 5 mls pure colloidal silver, or a quarter of the dosage permitted by NHMRC.
Pure Colloidal silver is made from exceptionally purified water, and uses modern technology in its preparation. It therefore has a purity that is scientifically verified as being only pure silver colloid.
Pure colloidal silver has colloidal particles much finer than "home-made" style, and is therefore more effective.
Pure colloid of sufficiently small particle size to easily pass through cell membranes may be regarded as a constituent of the blood plasma, that is it may be regarded as a basic nutrition element, unable to congest and toxify the body.
A further consideration is whether pure colloidal silver leads to a situation of depletion of blood oxygen. We have been assured by the suppliers that when taken together with Oxyrich, no such blood oxygen depletion is likely to happen. We have decided nevertheless to test the blood oxygen level of all three patients receiving pure colloidal silver + Oxyrich, at the 2-week and 2-month stages of the trials, simply to confirm that there is no problem.

Oxygen from the lungs is rapidly absorbed by the hemoglobin in the red blood cells. The hemoglobin becomes over 95% saturated with the available oxygen where it is then carried and eventually transferred to every one of the billions of cells in our bodies. The oxygen, once in these recipient cells is consumed, as the sugars are converted to energy and heat. The more energy or warmth our body needs, the more oxygen that is consumed.
If you can raise the amount of oxygen dissolved in the plasma, you will increase the amount of oxygen that gets to the cells and that can become a part of the oxygen 'reserve'. Dr Steven Levine, a well respected molecular biologist and geneticist and Dr M. Kidd completed research that confirmed "…oxygen is the source of life to all cells." This situation is further complicated by pollutants and toxic preservatives in our water, food, and the air we breathe.
Dr Kidd wrote: "Oxygen plays a pivotal role in the proper functioning of the immune system…" especially as it relates to the system's resistance to disease, bacteria and viruses. Dr Levine added, "We can look at oxygen deficiency as the single great cause of all diseases." It is believed, and supported by a great deal of research, that a shortage of oxygen in the blood could very well be the starting point for the breakdown of the immune system.
According to Dr Levine, 'Oxygen nutrition' optimises the concentration of oxygen in relation to natural food diet. In other words, the amount of oxygen in relation to food density is the key for excellent cell metabolism. Dr Levine went further to show that complex carbohydrates are oxygen rich foods.
Dr Warburg's research adds further emphasis to these findings. He stated that sub-optimal oxygenation of tissues and cells seen in cellular hypoxia is not only the underlying cause of diseases, like cancer, but also results in a predisposition towards degenerative diseases. The lack of oxygen is the outstanding factor in immuno depressive illnesses. Thus, all three researchers conclude, an increased oxygenation of the blood stream and cells will enhance and may restore overall health.

Oxyrich is based on the dissolved molecular oxygen (O2) formulation instead of the salts of oxygen formulations. It is very well established that in normal standing or free flowing water, oxygen molecules (O2) may also be dissolved. While the concentration of O2 in these instances is small, (normally from 7-20 parts per million/ppm) nevertheless, water is capable of holding these molecules in their bio-available state.
