PURE COLLOIDAL SILVER + OXYRICH BUDGET ESTIMATES
Resolution passed 15/March/2005: That the second African alternative treatment trial use absolutely pure colloidal silver + Oxyrich, and it shall be held in Kinshasa. We will treat three patients over 6 months, providing full blood and medical tests, as with previous planned trials.
Full budget estimates will be provided by the end of June 2005
